Our Ethos

The team ethos is respect, encouragement and hard work in a fun and safe environment. As a coaching team we want to develop skills, a love of the games and for the boys to foster friendships with their teammates. We believe in an inclusive approach with all players getting game time to give them the best possible opportunity to improve their skills.

Jason Fitzgerald

Jason Fitzgerald has been involved in Erin’s Isle for over 25 years and has played at all levels both in football and hurling. Jason has coached the U12 team for 5 seasons and has seen the importance of having sport in a child’s life both on and off the pitch.

Wayne Bradley

Wayne Bradley is a mad GAA fan who loves to give back to the young kids of Finglas what Erin’s Isle has given to him. Wayne has been a member of Erin’s Isle GAA club since the age of 8 and quickly enjoyed the friendliness from all the kids and managers in the club. Wayne has played for some great football and hurling teams in the club and also played for the Dublin North West football team when he was a young lad. He now enjoys managing the under 12 boys, who are doing very well in both football and hurling.
